Zesty Herbal Salad Dressing with Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has become a beloved ingredient in many kitchens and is often celebrated for its distinct tangy flavor, versatility, and wellness properties. Originating from fermented apple juice, this golden liquid has a rich history in culinary and household applications. Its sharp taste complements a variety of dishes, and in my household, is a staple for homemade salad dressings.

Incorporating ACV into your salad dressings can add a refreshing zest that elevates even the simplest of salad greens. One of my favorite dressing recipes calls upon aromatic herbs like basil, oregano, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and marjoram. These botanicals create a symphony of flavors that also bring vitality and wellness support to the dining experience.

My go-to organic apple cider vinegar salad dressing is entirely vegan, ensuring it fits a wide range of dietary preferences. Combined with a touch of organic olive oil, a hint of garlic, and a dash of maple syrup for sweetness, this dressing becomes a delightful addition to your salads, offering a perfect balance of tangy, savory, and sweet notes.
