This one is great for sipping hot, but it also goes well in one of our [Tea-to-Go glass infusers](https://www.mountainroseherbs.com/tea_tool/infusers.php#tt_ti_tea_gi). The best part is that it won't get bitter as it steeps, but instead will get somewhat sweeter! It is also yummy over ice...   ##### [![blackberry_28172_md](https://blog.mountainroseherbs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/blackberry_28172_md-1.gif?width=488&height=512&name=blackberry_28172_md-1.gif)](https://blog.mountainroseherbs.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/blackberry_28172_md-1.gif?hsLang=en-us) ## Sweet & Spicy Tea Recipe with Licorice Root - 1 tsp. organic [Blackberry Leaf](https://www.mountainroseherbs.com/bulkherb/b.php) - 1 tsp. organic [Bilberry Fruit](https://www.mountainroseherbs.com/bulkherb/b.php), dried - 1-3 organic [Licorice Root slices ](https://www.mountainroseherbs.com/bulkherb/l.php)or 1 teaspoon organic [Licorice Root](https://www.mountainroseherbs.com/bulkherb/l.php) - ½ tsp. organic [Lemongrass](https://www.mountainroseherbs.com/bulkherb/l.php) Scoop all ingredients into a tea infuser or tea bag, or put into one of the [Tea-to-Go glass tea infusers](https://www.mountainroseherbs.com/tea_tool/infusers.php#tt_ti_tea_gi).  Pour boiling water over and let steep for 4-5 minutes.  If you are taking it along, just pour the boiling water over, allow to cool for a few minutes, and then screw on the strainer and lid. This makes enough for one cup, but feel free to multiply for a full pot.
