Doaa is an Egyptian born, NYC based food photographer and entrepreneur. Growing up in Queens, NY, Doaa developed a love for global cuisine beyond her family's traditional Middle Eastern one. After achieving a masters' degree in urban journalism, Doaa started a family and found herself drawn to the kitchen as a reprieve from the stresses of mom life! What started out as a passion for cooking and exploring traditional dishes from around the world grew into to a desire to also convey the stories of those dishes through food photography. In her free time, she loves to kickbox, watch historical documentaries, and meet other cooks and food lovers who she can exchange recipes with.
