What an incredible year!

We are back in Oregon after an inspiring weekend at the Green Festival in San Francisco! A big thank you to all of the loving folks that came to visit our booth. It was beautiful to hear your herb stories and so fun to share our goodies with you.

Calendula is one of my very favorite herbs. The cheerful orange and yellow blossoms look gorgeous in the garden and are incredibly versatile in an array of preparations.

Sunlight peeks through the misty morning canopy and dapples the open book in my lap with gold. A soft breeze whispers through the forest carrying the fragrance of May blossoms and bird songs. I sit in a wet patch of fluttering Oxalis, a wild yellow violet smiling into my hand lens, and read the couplet aloud…
