This is the time of year when many of us have to move from the relaxing and rejuvenating summer months to the bustle-and-go of the fall season. This could mean heading back to school or other activities, but sometimes the changes in weather and tempo can bring on strain. While I call this "Back to School" tea for parents, it really is well-suited to support at any time of the year. And it is purposefully tasty to make it palatable for even those who don't particularly like herbal tea!
Parent's Back to School Tea Blend Recipe
Combine all the herbs in a strainer, bag, infuser or tea nest and pour 1 1/2 to 2 cups of boiling water over. Allow to steep for 4-5 minutes. Feel free to add sweetener (raw local honey is particulary nice) and a bit of lemon if you'd like!
*Wild Cherry Bark is not suitable for very small children.
